Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility


We accept refund requests for eligible products within 5 days of the original purchase from 12 hour when the product is received to the customer.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact the refund is not applicable if the tags are removed.


Items without the original tags will not be accepted.


Please note that for hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused and unwashed.


Refund Process


Initiating a Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@houseofanantara.com with your order and payment details with the transaction ID and reason for the refund request.


Approval: Once customer request is received, we will review it and notify customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Return Shipping: Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify customer of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days.
